Mountainbiking

Top trails for experienced bikers, beginners and families

The holiday area of the Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido offers a variety of mountain bike tours with different degrees of difficulty.  There is plenty to keep the pros busy, while amateurs and beginners will also be satisfied. During the summer, guided tours are also offered by the Val Casies Valley Mountain Bike School. These are especially to be recommended when you would prefer to leave the planning of the trip to bike guides who are familiar with the area. Rides to operating Alpine meadow cabins are popular, particularly since those in the Val Casies Valley are very special and the culinary highlights which are offered there absolutely have to be tried.

Bike route Val Casies Valley

The quaint scenery along the Gsieser Tal valley route is an oasis of quiet and a true insider tip. The bicycle is perfect for exploring the country’s rural culture.

Following partly the old Gsieser Tal valley road and partly access roads to farms and other forest roads, the route takes you from Monguelfo on one side of the valley to the head of the valley near Santa Maddalena and back again.
