Our second apartment building is located in the rural village centre of S. Martino, so you stay in close proximity to inns and cafes steeped in tradition, a grocery store with bakery, and other important institutions such as a pharmacy, bank, post office, tourism office, and doctor. Especially with a longer holiday in the Val Casies/Gsiesertal Valley , you have the advantage of shorter distances and are always well looked after.<br>

Besides the comfort of the central location, your apartment offers you fast access to nature. The full beauty of our valley is on display right in front of your apartment. In the summer, you can roam through alpine meadows and forests and pay a visit to the region’s attractions – in the winter, the cross-country ski trail beckons in front of your holiday home, or stroll through the idyllic landscapes. Those who prefer to take it easy can take a walk through the snow-covered valley landscape and stop for a snack at one of the many alpine huts.
