Respect the mountain – Fountain at Rotmoos car park

Description

In St. Magdalena in Gsiesertal Valley, a freely accessible drinking fountain is located at the Rotmoos car park – part of the “Respect the Mountain” project. After passing the head of the valley, continue a bit further towards Rotmoos to find the fountain surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. The initiative raises awareness in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage area about the importance of protecting clean water and reducing waste – both in the mountains and in everyday life.
