: Yes, you can also go cross-country skiing in Tesido/Taisten. The connection to the Val Casies/Gsiesertal cross-country ski trail starts at the Marenklhof farm. After a few hundred metres you reach a crossroads from where you can either ski into the Val Casies/Gsiesertal valley or to Monguelfo/Welsberg. Monguelfo/Welsberg, in turn, is connected to the cross-country ski trails of the 3 Peaks Dolomites region.
