Elli and her family are forced to leave their home in Kansas after the heartless businesswoman Mrs. Head buys their farmland. Elli then runs away with her dog Toto. But the wicked witch Gurata sends a tornado to Earth, carrying Elli and Toto to the wondrous planet Ozz. There they make friends with a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a Lion. Together, they set off in search of the great Wizard of Ozz, who they hope can help them all. The Heimatbühne Welsberg theatre group invites young and old on an imaginative and exciting journey into the world of musicals. “Planet Ozz” explores important themes such as the environment, friendship and believing in yourself, showing just how much can be achieved by joining forces.

Recommended age: 5 years and over.
