Summer in the Dolomite Panorama Region

Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo -Tesido

An authentic summer in the heart of nature.

Surrounded by green meadows and peaceful trails, summer in our valley is calm, sincere and unforgettable. It’s about freedom, connection with nature and pure enjoyment. Numerous alpine huts invite you to pause and soak it all in. Quietly nestled and yet close to the iconic Three Peaks and Pragser Wildsee Lake, the region is the perfect base for adventures in every direction.
Mountain views, Dolomites, living traditions – that's what summer means here.
Don’t just watch – experience it! Our weekly guided Active Programme offers nature-based highlights for all ages – active, close to nature and inspiring.

Summer begins with the Heart of Jesus Sunday in June: when the traditional mountain lights glow all around the valley and many houses shine with decorative lighting, a sparkling sea of lights transforms the Dolomite Panorama Region into a place of special atmosphere.
It’s a quiet yet powerful symbol of gratitude and connection – a deeply rooted South Tyrolean tradition. There is hardly a more atmospheric way to welcome the summer.
